1. Classification of hydraulic valves

Hydraulic valves are components used in hydraulic actuators to control the pressure, flow, and direction of fluid. Hydraulic valves are classified In hydraulic solenoid valves, the control of pressure is called pressure control valve, the control of flow is called flow control valve, while the control of passing process, interrupting and directing the flow is called a directional control valve. There are many types of hydraulic valves used in hydraulic systems. Below are some common types of hydraulic valves:

1. Pressure control valve: This type of valve is used to keep pressure stable in the hydraulic system. It can regulate the pressure entering the system or keep the pressure at a fixed level and is divided into 3 types:

Relief valve: can control the hydraulic system to maintain a constant state when the specified pressure is reached. The overload protection relief valve is called a safety valve. When the system has a problem, the pressure increases to a limit that can cause damage, the valve gate will open the relief valve to ensure system safety.

Pressure reducing valve: Can control the branch circuit to have a stable pressure lower than the main circuit oil pressure. Pressure reducing valves can be divided into fixed value pressure reducing valves, fixed differential pressure reducing valves and fixed ratio pressure reducing valves according to the different functions of the pressure it controls.

Sequential valve: can perform actuator action, then perform other actuator actions.

2.Flow control valve: This valve is used to control flow in the hydraulic system. Its purpose is to reduce or increase the flow rate to different blocks in the system.

The flow control valve is used to regulate the area of the throttle valve between the spool and valve body and the local resistance it creates to regulate the flow, thereby controlling the movement speed of the runner. dynamic.

Speed control valve: when the load changes pressure, the inlet and outlet pressure difference of the throttle valve can be maintained at a fixed value.
